Sherry was very helpful in getting us into the home we are renting. In addition, she has been most responsive to the maintenance items that were the responsibility of the property owner to correct. She has been easy to contact and her communications are always clear and on point. Her replies are timely and professional. She has performed as an advocate for us to the property owner in ensuring that he takes care of those things needing attention. In my profession we relocate every two to four years for assignments and Sherry Weeks is one of, if not the best Landlord we have encountered. I highly recommend Sherry to anyone needing help in finding a home to rent!

Sherry Weeks is awesome! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. I was a first time home buyer purchasing a home from out of state. Sherry set aside an entire weekend in which I flew down from out of state and she showed me 30+ houses. She showed me all of the houses I wanted to see and then on top of that she took what we were looking for and showed us even more. I ended up putting an offer in that weekend and the seller accepted. Sherry handled all of my home buying/closing affairs for me and I was able to close from out of state. She did the walkthrough for me, and took lots of pictures so that I could see the condition of the home without being physically present. In addition to this, she went out of her way to complete a few "to-do items" for me and coordinated a few repairs at the house in my absence before I finally arrived. Upon arrival she handed over the keys and provided me with all of my closing documents. Sherry did an excellent job of making a long process super easy.

I was buying a house (from out of town) and was not getting anywhere with my real estate agent when Sherry was recommended to me. I am so happy I switched agents because she was fantastic! We are military and were unable to come to town to see the houses, but we had narrowed it down to a specific neighborhood. Sherry did a great job getting listings to me so we could nail it down to a few houses, then FaceTime'd me through the houses as we talked about them. I was able to pick a house in only a few days based on her knowledge. She also said the house was overpriced and we ended up getting $15K knocked off the price of the house thanks to her! She is an amazing agent and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a house. She also helped up get some work done on the house after we purchased it, before we got into town...which in my book is above an beyond, but she was happy to help us! Overall a great experience with a top notch professional.

Wayne Jackson with ERA Weeks and Browning is the realtor you want!! We are military and were moving from NC to AL. We took a shot in the dark, looked at reviews, and went with ERA Weeks and Browning based on what the internet told us. We were connected with Wayne who is a retired military member, who understood what we were going through with this move. We gave him a list of 15 houses we wanted to look at and told him our “must haves” in a house. We managed to find 2 days in our busy schedule to come to the area before we actually moved here. He was a machine and we were tired out before he was. He was all about our needs and helping us make a tough decision in just a short period of time. He didn’t waste our time with houses that didn’t fit what we wanted. He also showed us the neighborhoods and cities and explained the pros and cons of each. He was very knowledgeable on the areas we were interested in. After we decided on a house he was in constant contact during the process, as we still had 2 months before we actually moved and were back in NC. When it came to negotiations he was tough and actually went lower than we had expected, fighting for our best interest and trying everything to save us some cash. After we bought the house we still had a couple weeks before we moved and he would check in on the place, ensure things were squared away, and send us photos. Since moving here he still follows up with us and asks us if we need anything.Bottom line, this guy completely changed the way I see realtors and I would highly recommend him to anyone moving to the Montgomery and surrounding areas!
